Proper cancellation is 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. A 100% refund will be issued for deposit and traveling fee, but not the processing fee. If cancellation is 1 minute after the 30-minute deadline the refund is 1.12% that is about 10.00$ off the deposit fee because the cosmetology maybe in route. Processing fee is not refunded but can be credited. Rescheduling is free of charge with processing and booking fee paid if there are no credits. There is up to 3 consecutive failed attempts of rescheduling therefore, refund will not be refunded to the client.
