BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
.
Any client that books a service with Classic Studios LLC and not a member; service request will be denied and refunded. Refund will be issued back to clients’ account within 5 to 10 business days. Clients can register under the guest portal.
All travel costs may fluctuate during inclement weather
SCHEDULE
- Once a service is chosen the client must review charge descriptions at the top of the booking page.
- The service charges as noted:
- Booking deposit fee: half of the service cost.
- Special services must be noted within booking arrangements.
- If the special services form is neglected, freelancers have the right to deny special service requests.
- Special Services request is not charged during booking arrangements.
- Traveling fee is a flat rate of 15.00 within freelancer location. There after; 1.00 per miles outside of location.
- 1.00 per mile outside of a freelancer location is not charged during booking arrangements. But it will be credited to final payment.
- Process tax fees 8.52 (non-refundable and creditable).
- All freelancers have a 15 min delay credit.
- once booking is completed: client will be redirected to a purchase page free of charge
- Add freelancer to cart.
- Fill out check out form.
- Appointment complete and submitted to freelancer.
- Give Freelancer up to 8 hours to confirm appointment and review service request.
No client should book earlier than 24 hours and not earlier than 2 weeks for rebook.
Note: Immediate services will charge higher cost.
(REFUND POLICY)
- Reminder: 8.52 processing fee is non-refundable; but can be credited to a rescheduled appointment. (The client has membership options.)
- 15.00 traveling fee is not refundable once freelancer arrives at destination withing the 15-minute delay credit.
- If the booked cosmetologist arrived and completed their entire services. Deposit and travel fees will not be refundable.
- If the service is complete and the client is not satisfied, the client can dispute the remaining balance of special services and travel costs.
Services charges only Example:
Time of services; 4 hours
Manicure and Pedicure service = 65.00 / 2 = 32.50
Traveling service in location = 15.00
Processing tax fee = 8.52 (membership options is available)
Due now: 56.02
Due after services: 32.50 + plus if apply (outside location 5.00) + special services.
PAYMENT & VIOLATIONS
- The client has the right to dispute any charges that were not presented to them before service given.
- False handling can result in application cancellation.
- Cosmetologists have the right to refuse extra services given to the client during services.
- If the clients feel that they are overcharged more than what was presented before service, please contact Classic Studios immediately 1.888.691.9328.
- Violations of false intensions from either party can be subject to restricted used to Classic Studios.
- Classic Studios requires security actions and recommends only using credit transactions with no direct cash.
- If a cosmetologist agrees to a service and is found to be a no-show or cancelling too many appointments at an alarming rate the cosmetologist application will be in danger of cancelation and the client is awarded any funds paid out.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
Each Traveling Freelancer booked for an appointment should arrive on time. If a Traveling Freelancer is more than 15 minutes behind schedule; a full refund of the deposit and traveling fee is too rewarded back to booking client. However, the processing fee is not refundable but can be credited for the next booked appointment.
Each client must clear their personal schedule for up to 4 hours. This included setting up; sanitization of station; observation; service policy agreement; service; cleaning; and survey/review (optional) rebooking (optional). No Freelancer is expected to rush services for the convenience of the client. If clients cannot clear their schedule, then the client is asked to rebook for a day that is best for quality services.
